SELLER CONSIGNMENT POLICY

Brand logos displayed are the trademarks of their respective owners. We operate solely as a resale and verification platform and do not represent, partner with, or claim affiliation with any brand. We assist individuals in selling or purchasing original products from other private sellers.

By consigning an item with us, you agree to the following terms:


1. Authentication Requirement

  • All items must be shipped or delivered to us for a mandatory legitimacy check.

  • If additional or advanced authentication procedures are required (brand verification, forensic analysis, etc.), the seller agrees to allow additional processing time.


2. Condition & Cleaning Requirements

  • Items must be submitted in clean and sellable condition.

  • If an item requires cleaning, restoration, or repair, the seller may be charged a fee or the item may be rejected.


3. Appraisal, Pricing & Commission

  • Once authenticated, we will appraise the item and recommend a selling price.

  • A mutually agreed selling price and commission percentage will be finalized prior to listing.

  • The seller will be notified if price reduction is recommended based on market trends and buyer interest.

  • If the seller does not object to a suggested price revision within 72 hours, we reserve the right to adjust the selling price and continue sale efforts.


4. Listing & Exclusivity

  • Once approved, items will be listed online and/or in-store within 7–14 business days.

  • While consigned with us, the item cannot be listed or sold through any other marketplace or channel unless mutually agreed in writing.


5. Storage, Liability & Listing Duration

  • The item must remain with us for a minimum of 30 days.

  • After 30 days, the item may be recalled by the seller and picked up in-store or shipped back upon payment of return shipping fees.

  • If requested before 30 days, an early withdrawal fee of INR 1,999 will apply.

  • We store inventory securely, however, we are not responsible for natural aging, deterioration, or manufacturer defects.


6. Authenticity Failure

  • If an item fails authentication, a return fee of INR 2,000 will be charged.

  • If the fee remains unpaid for 30 days, we reserve the right to dispose of or destroy the item.


7. Marketing & Photographic Rights

  • By consigning, the seller authorizes us to photograph, record, promote, and advertise the item across digital and physical marketing channels.


8. Market Performance & Price Amendments

  • We may periodically recommend pricing adjustments based on demand, trends, and buyer inquiries.

  • If the seller does not respond to multiple price adjustment notices, the platform maintains the right to sell the product at a reasonable market-driven price to ensure sale probability.


9. Unsold Items

  • The sale of a consigned item is not guaranteed.

  • Items unsold after extended periods may require price reassessment or withdrawal as mutually agreed.


10. Payment & Settlement

  • Upon sale, the agreed commission will be deducted and the remaining amount will be paid via bank transfer, cheque, or cash.

  • Payouts may take 1–3 weeks from the date of sale.


11. Buyer Disputes & Authenticity Challenges

  • In the event a buyer raises a post-purchase authenticity query (industry standard), the seller agrees to cooperate with additional validation procedures.


12. Communication & Inventory Updates

  • Sellers will receive periodic updates such as status reports, listing confirmations, and price revision notifications.


13. Abandoned Inventory Clause

  • If a seller fails to respond or collect an unsold item after 90 days of attempted contact, the platform reserves the right to dispose of or liquidate the item without further notice.
