Refund policy
Mainstreet Marketplace acts solely as a reseller. While all products sold are genuine and come with applicable brand warranties, any warranty claims must be processed directly with the issuing brand or authorized service provider. Mainstreet Marketplace does not assume liability for warranty claims or related servicing. However, we may assist customers with guidance or facilitation where possible.
Please note that in certain cases, particularly with watches, the manufacturer’s warranty may already be activated prior to purchase.
We will not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

Change of mind

Products that have been tried on or used

Products where the packaging is not intact

Differences in warranty start date vs. purchase date, as warranties are often pre-activated by the manufacturer
Limited Acceptable Returns:
We only accept returns under the following conditions:

Damaged Products: If your item arrives in a damaged condition, you may return it for store credit or a full refund, subject to verification.

Incorrect Size/Order: If you receive a product in the wrong size or a different item than ordered, you may return it for store credit or a full refund.
All such claims will be subject to a thorough investigation. If the product is defective, inauthentic, or incorrectly delivered, we can exchange it for you within 5–7 business days, depending on the product.
Order Cancellations:
Once you have placed the order, your order cannot be cancelled. This is to protect the exclusivity of your purchase & the assortment listed on our website. If an item goes out of stock or becomes unavailable with the seller, we will cancel your order. All order cancellations (not related to damage or error) will result in store credit, which must be used within 90 days of issuance.
