1. What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that is not currently in physical stock, but will be sourced and delivered at a later date.
Placing a pre-order reserves your pair/size before the market shifts.

2. Estimated Delivery Window

  • The standard pre-order delivery timeline is 8 to 12 weeks.

  • Only working days are counted toward this window (Sundays and public holidays are excluded).

  • Delivery time can vary due to brand release schedules, supplier allocation, customs, and logistics.

  • In rare situations, delivery may extend beyond the estimated window. If a delay is significant, we will keep you updated.

Note: Pre-orders cannot be cancelled due to delivery time, unless the delay exceeds 45 working days past the 12-week upper limit.

3. Payment Terms

  • Pre-orders require full advance payment to secure the item.

  • Prices in the resale market fluctuate — your price is locked at checkout and will not change later.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • All pre-order sales are final.

  • Refunds are only issued if:

    • We are unable to source your item, or

    • Your item fails our authenticity or condition checks.

  • In such cases, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

5. Authenticity Guarantee

Every item we deliver undergoes:

  • Physical multi-point inspection

  • Brand authenticity validation

  • Condition & quality checks

We do not sell replicas, factory variants, or unauthorized products.

6. Size & Exchange Policy

  • Pre-order items are sourced per your confirmed size, so exchanges are not possible for wrong size or change of mind.

  • Please refer to brand size charts or message support before ordering if unsure.
