Terms & Conditions - Stupid50

The entry gates will be opened at 11PM, 12th November 2021. The first person to enter the gate during the time of registration will be officially registered
You first need to register yourself at the registration counter and collect your band
Bands will be given to everyone on registration and their pictures with the band will be clicked.
All entries draw at random basis will be picked from a random picker website
You must have your band and mask on at all times.
Mainstreet reserves the right to request proof of a participant's eligibility if there is a doubt over his/her eligibility for the participation.
People who engage in a dispute (verbal or physical) at the location will be disqualified.
Roll Calls will be done randomly. If you are not present during a roll call your name will be struck from the list.
Once line up and roll call begins you must stay at the venue until the time of billing.
You'll be let in the basis of your order in the lineup (first come first basis).
There'll be a mix of first come first serve and entries that will be selected randomly from the registered participants standing in the queue during the random picker
The first person to enter the store will be picked on random basis
No one else can stand as your substitute or replace you during any given time of the event.
The Mainstreet store will open at 11AM, 13th November and will let in one participant at a time to avail their favourite product from the Stupid50 list
Registrations for this event close at 9AM, 13th November, 2021
Mainstreet has the full discretion to disqualify any entry they deem inappropriate/offensive/obscene/hurtful.
Mainstreet retains sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate/ offensive/obscene/hurtful entry.
Mainstreet reserves the right to change the dates or conditions of the event, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same, as per its discretion without any prior intimation and liability.
Each participant can only avail one product if given the opportunity to avail the Stupid50 items
Any photos, drawings, text, YouTube videos and any other content or information (collectively and severally called “materials”) that you submit to Mainstreet shall become the sole and exclusive property of Mainstreet, and Mainstreet shall have no obligation to preserve, return or otherwise make available to you or others any materials. Mainstreet may use, reproduce, edit, display, transmit, prepare derivative works of, modify, publish and otherwise make use of materials in any and all media, whether now known or hereinafter created – throughout the world and for any purpose – without compensation to you of any kind.
You acknowledge and agree that Mainstreet shall have no obligation to post, display or otherwise make publicly available any materials that you submit or pay any compensation for the material submitted by you or for use by Mainstreet
Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings. All winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees as well as all additional costs that may be incurred.
Neither Mainstreet nor its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors or assigns shall be liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury or any other claims incurred as a result of any winner’s use of the gratification. Mainstreet is not liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with any contest promoted by Mainstreet
None of the Stupid50 items can be purchased through the website
Contests are null and void in any jurisdiction where they are prohibited by law
The winner of the contest will not be provided any transportation or reimbursement in lieu of it to travel to the event venue, if any is proposed.
Please ensure that you wear a mask and maintain social distancing guidelines and COVID protocols at all times
Drugs and any other illegal items are strictly prohibited. If seen carrying anything offensive, you’ll be disqualified from the event
