Does this watch come with a warranty?
It depends which delivery timeline you pick, and the badge on this page changes with it.
Domestic stock is held in India and carries a 2 year warranty. International stock is sourced to order from outside India, takes around 28 days, and carries no India warranty because the model is not sold here. If a watch offers both timelines, the faster one is the domestic unit.
Why do some watches take 28 days?
Those models are not sold in India. We source them to order rather than sitting on stock, which is how the price stays where it is. Anything on Same Day, 5 Days or 10 Days is already in our warehouse.
Is this genuine Casio?
Yes. Sourced from verified suppliers and checked at our warehouse before dispatch. If anything arrives that is not what we described, it comes back at our cost.
How do I know it will fit my wrist?
Go by the case size shown above the delivery options and measure your own wrist with a tape. As a rough rule, under 36 mm suits a slim wrist, 36 to 42 mm suits most people, and over 42 mm wants a broader wrist. If you are between sizes, message us the circumference of your wrist in centimetres and we will tell you which one to take.
Will the battery be flat when it arrives?
Quartz Casios ship with the factory battery and a plastic tab or a fitted cell depending on the model. Battery life runs two to five years by model. A battery change is not a warranty claim, it is a routine service any watch shop does in minutes.
