Questions
Which sizes have the handle?
12oz and 24oz have the ergonomic side handle. The 20oz does not — it is the slim, straight-sided one meant to be held like a cup. That is the real difference between the sizes, not just the volume.
Steel or ceramic lined — what's the difference?
Same cup, same lid, same insulation. The ceramic version has a ceramic-lined interior, which stops the faint metallic edge some people taste in coffee out of steel. It costs a little more and comes in fewer colours. Use the range strip above to see it.
Does it fit a car cupholder?
The 24oz fits a standard one. The 12oz is short and wide, so it wants a centre-joined holder rather than a deep narrow cup well. The 20oz is the slimmest of the three.
Is this the same tumbler Owala sells?
Yes. Every unit is genuine Owala stock, sourced from verified suppliers and checked at our warehouse before dispatch.
Can it go in the dishwasher?
The lid, the sliding lock and the gaskets can, and they all pull apart. Owala recommends hand washing the cup itself to protect the colour and finish.
Why does it take 28 days?
Owala is imported. We ship from the next available batch rather than holding stock that sits, which is also how we keep the price where it is.
