Questions
Is the ceramic lining worth the extra?
It depends entirely on whether you taste metal in coffee. Some people do and it ruins the cup for them; plenty of people never notice. Everything else — the lid, the handle, the insulation, the size — is identical to the steel version, which is cheaper and comes in far more colours. If you are unsure, start with the steel one.
Is this the same tumbler Owala sells?
Yes. Every unit is genuine Owala stock, sourced from verified suppliers and checked at our warehouse before dispatch.
How do I look after the ceramic lining?
Hand wash the cup — no abrasive scourers and nothing metal inside it. The lid, sliding lock and gaskets pull apart and are dishwasher safe. Treated normally the lining does not flake or wear.
Why so few colours?
Owala makes the ceramic-lined version in a much smaller range than the steel one — three colours per size at the moment. If the colour you want is not here, check the steel version in the range strip above.
Why does it take 28 days?
Owala is imported. We ship from the next available batch rather than holding stock that sits, which is also how we keep the price where it is.
Do you price match?
