This policy applies to Yeezy Slides by Kanye (YS-01 and YS-02) only. Every other product on Mainstreet follows our standard returns and exchange terms.

Exchange available

Yeezy Slides fit snug. Most people order the size they wear in trainers and find it tight, so if the size is wrong when it reaches you, we will swap it.

₹500 Exchange Fee: A flat ₹500 exchange fee applies to every size exchange. This fee covers the reverse pickup and shipping of the replacement pair. The exchange fee is non-refundable once the exchange process has been initiated.

The terms

  • One exchange per order. A pair that has already been exchanged cannot be exchanged again.
  • Size only. You can exchange for a different size in the same colour. Colour and model changes are not covered; that is a return, under our standard policy.
  • Within 7 days of delivery. Raise the request within 7 days of the pair reaching you.
  • Unworn, original packaging. The slides must be unworn, unmarked and in the original box with all inserts. Foam scuffs and sole dirt mean the pair cannot be resold, and we will have to send it back to you.
  • Subject to stock. If the size you want is not available, we will offer store credit for the full value of the pair, or a refund under our standard policy.

What is not an exchange

If a pair arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, that is on us. Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will collect it and replace it or refund it in full. No ₹500 exchange fee applies in these cases. That is separate from a size exchange and carries no conditions about stock.

How to raise one

  1. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and the size you want instead.
  2. We confirm the replacement size is in stock and arrange the pickup.
  3. The replacement ships as soon as the original is scanned into our warehouse and checked.

How to avoid an exchange entirely

Size up. If you are a UK 8 in trainers, order the UK 9. If you are between sizes, take the larger one. The size guide on every Yeezy Slide product page has the full UK, US and EU conversion, and if you are still unsure, message us before you order with the length of your foot in centimetres and we will tell you which pair to take.

Getting it right first time takes a week off your wait — and avoids the ₹500 exchange fee.
