The BioTracker 6.0 sensor takes a reading every second rather than sampling every few minutes, which is the difference between seeing an interval and seeing an average of one.

Questions
There is no screen. What do I actually look at?
Your phone. The strap is a sensor you forget about, and the Zepp App is where everything lands — BioCharge, sleep, heart rate, training load, the lot.
That is the point of it. Nothing lights up on your arm mid-set, nothing buzzes at you during a run, and the battery lasts ten days because it is not driving a display.
Is there a subscription?
No, and there is no paid tier to upgrade to later. Nutrition tracking, sleep analysis, stress, training load, VO₂ max and recovery time are all in the free Zepp App from the day you set it up.
This is the main reason people move to it from a membership tracker.
Will it fit my wrist?
The strap covers wrists from 145mm to 205mm around, which is most adult wrists. There is a slider further up this page — put your measurement in and it will tell you straight away.
To measure: wrap a tape or a strip of paper just above the wrist bone, snug but not tight. It is a hook and loop strap, so every millimetre in that range is adjustable.
Can I swim and shower in it?
Yes. It is rated 5 ATM under ISO 22810:2010, which covers splashes, rain, showering and swimming.
Take it off for a hot shower or a sauna. Heat and steam are what damage a water seal, not depth.
What is BioCharge and how do I use it?
It reads your heart rate variability, how you slept and what you have done recently, and turns it into one number for how much you have in the tank.
Check it in the morning. High means your body has recovered and can take a hard session. Low means the session will cost you more than it gives you. It is the difference between following a plan and following your body.
Is this genuine, and what if something goes wrong?
