Questions
Is this genuine Apple stock?
Yes. Sealed retail units from verified suppliers, inspected at our warehouse before they go out, and covered by Apple's international warranty.
How does the ₹5,000 off work?
Tick the box under the price and the figure above it drops by ₹5,000 straight away. The discount is attached when you move to the cart or the checkout, and you will see it again on the checkout summary before you pay anything.
It is a prepaid offer, so cash on delivery is not available alongside it. If you would rather pay on delivery, leave the box unticked and order at the regular price.
What about warranty and AppleCare?
It carries Apple's international warranty, so it is covered wherever Apple services the Duo. AppleCare can be added on top at extra cost, which we arrange for you rather than leaving you to sort it out after delivery.
Message us on WhatsApp before you order and we will tell you exactly what the cover runs to and what AppleCare would add.
Why does it take order now to get by 28 nov to 3rd december?
The Duo has not launched in India yet. It lands here later than the markets it is already selling in, so we source from those, and that is what the order now to get by 28 nov to 3rd december covers. Order today and it reaches you between 27th Nov to 11th Dec, with a tracking update the moment your unit is assigned.
If you need it sooner, talk to a concierge before you order. We cannot always move it, but we can tell you honestly whether we can.
Do you price match?
We are already under Apple India's list on every storage tier, and further under it with the prepaid offer on. If you find it cheaper on a legitimate Indian site, send us the link and we will look at it.
